Charter24 Privacy Policy

Charter24 is provided by "AVIA-MISR" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, registration number 2396440, tax number / INN 311131574, registered address 100126, 251 Txay Street, Iqbol MFY, Zangiota District, Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. This policy explains how Charter24 handles app and operational data.

Data we collect

Charter24 may collect and process the following data when it is entered by authorized users or generated during app use:

• Account data such as name, phone number, role, login status, and authentication/session records.
• Operational booking data such as bookings, passengers, routes, dates, ticket classes, baggage details, vouchers, brands, agents, notes, and uploaded images or documents.
• Technical data such as device type, app configuration, API requests, timestamps, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use data

We use data to provide the Charter24 service, manage bookings and documents, control user roles, maintain secure sessions, support users, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and comply with business, accounting, audit, or legal requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising tracking. Data may be processed by "AVIA-MISR" LLC systems, hosting infrastructure, authorized staff, Telegram bot integrations used for operations, and service providers that help run the app. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or for legitimate business protection.

Device permissions

Charter24 may request access to photo library, camera, or file picker features when a user uploads brand images, logos, documents, or related operational files. These permissions are used only for the selected workflow.

Retention

Account records are retained while the account is active. Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days. Operational booking, voucher, flight, agent, financial, audit, dispute, security, or legal records may be retained for up to 5 years or longer if required by law.

Your choices

Users can request account deletion inside the app or by contacting support. Users may also request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal data by contacting "AVIA-MISR" LLC.
